About Us

In Conversation is a Saudi-based coaching company on a mission to elevate the quality of conversations across organizations. We help businesses strengthen communication, leadership, and teamwork—particularly in the luxury, retail, hospitality, and tourism sectors, where success depends on delivering exceptional experiences through conversations that work.

Our approach blends outside-in and inside-out learning strategies. We start by helping your teams listen—closely—to what your customers and colleagues need from your brand. Then, we support them to think, reflect, and make strategic decisions—while simultaneously designing bespoke, client-centered training and coaching programs that respond to those external demands.

But the real transformation happens from the inside out—partnering with senior leaders and teams to build the internal culture, systems, and leadership capabilities that sustain excellence. Because world-class customer experiences start within.

At In Conversation, we don’t just develop people. We shape the conversations that shape your business.

Noorah Kareem

Culture Consultant. Improv Coach

Named one of the world’s 100 most powerful Arab women by Arabian Business, she started her career in online comedy writing and program development in 2010. She then worked as a strategy consultant for KPMG, developing strategies for both government and private sector clients and advising on M&A deals.

In both those fields she saw time and time again that having a team that can adapt quickly and work together collaboratively was the missing link to an organization’s success. So she started an improvisational theatre company and training school to train individuals and groups to be more collaborative and creative using improvisational theatre methods.

She’s also trained in communication strategies of Non-Violent Communication and Brene Brown’s Daring Way.

Horse Assisted Corporate Trainer. Leadership Expert

Monica was born in Argentina, moved to Mexico, Brazil, back to Mexico, and as a teenager to Germany, where she finished high school and studied to become an economist. Changing schools and making new friends every few years became a normal part of life.

In our busy, modern lives she feels we sometimes lose track of this important connection – the humble connection to nature, which can help us in our personal fulfillment. Helping people reconnect with themselves using horses as training partners is what she does.

Getting people who may have never been around horses to connect with these majestic animals helps you become more conscious of your personal beliefs and goals and the negative patterns that block you. Through horse-assisted leadership courses, you receive input on how to improve your relationships with people. The horse-assisted experiences are true eye-openers, where in a short span of time you can achieve amazing results that will help you to go back to your life with new impulses on how to gain the respect, but also the confidence and trust of others.
